Please pray for relief of back pain for me today. I've had some trouble on and off this summer but never too painful. It started up again yesterday afternoon like it has but by the time I went to bed, it hurt so badly I couldn't go to sleep. I finally did sleep but woke up in the middle of the night due to the pain. I just couldn't get comfortable. So this morning I'm moving very slowly. I took a hot shower and am looking for a heating pad to borrow. It's low back, almost hip area on my left. So walking even hurts. :(
